I have smoked cigars out of 3 humidors for 5 years… I have only had to re-hydrate once due to forgetting about the cigars in that humidor. As long as you keep humidity up by refilling it should keep unless something goes wrong like a seal on a cheap bad humidor or human error.

I second Mike’s response. Smoked Swisher’s for a while. O.K. smoke but the taste of Tampa Sweets is more pronounced. Nice creamy smoke great w/ a cup of coffee. Order 100 at a time.

I just want to thank Top Hat Cigar. For several years I smoked Swisher Sweets. One day I tried a Tampa Sweet Perfecto and even my wife liked it…she said it smelled more like pipe tobacco. Since then I’ve smoked mostly nothing but Tampa Sweets Perfectos. However, in Idaho and now Colorado they are getting harder to buy. I finally got my local tobacco shop to special order them. That worked for several months. Recently they told me that they no longer made them. Thankfully, I found them at Top Hat Cigar. I certainly hope they are still being made and will be for quite sometime.
